Bri created this course in hopes to help others learn how to have relief from their own anxiety, depression, and triggers. Triggers are meant to protect us, but sometimes they actually hold us back from experiencing the present to its fullest. What happened in our pasts does not have to control how we live or interact with our present.

This course teaches you how to live more in the present by applying compassion to your past. The act of compassion helps heal past wounds, so they stop affecting how you live today.

At the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Understand what in your past is still affecting you in your present life
  • Give space to yourself to heal and be kind and compassionate for your past self
  • Affirm that your present self is not defined by the past or even your present
  • Set your own self-compassion routine

Bri has a huge heart. She loves each and every person she meets and wants to help them, specifically in the realm of self-compassion and body image.

Her passion stems from a syndrome she was born with that caused her to go through 12 years of physical therapy to ensure her body was growing healthy, which caused self-consciousness about her body image.

She also has both anxiety and depression and found that self-compassion taught her the tools to cope with her own mental health through sustainable 5-minute routines. She created this course in hopes to help others learn faster and be able to have relief from their own anxiety, depression, or triggers.
